RETURN ADDRESS

$2.50 for 2 lines

Custom Return Address Stamp | $60
Includes 3 lines (names, address, city/state and zip code, 3-4 designs to choose from, rubber stamp and ink pad.

Outer Envelope | $3.75 - $4.75 depending on calligraphy style*
Includes black ink, 3 lines plus zip code

Additional lines $1.00. No additional charge for lined or colored envelopes.

*Styles: please refer to the styles below or if you have a style you have in mind, we can use that as inspiration

Prices include formal address format and centering:
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Smith or Mary and Tom Smith

There will be an additional $1.00 fee for each envelope using these formats:
Mr. and Mrs. Tom and Mary Smith or Mr. Tom and Mrs. Mary Smith

We request that all address lists are sent via email in either an excel or word document format.  Once the order has bee received, we will send you our address template to fill out. We do not accept guest addresses in any other format.

Rush Fees | Wedding planning snuck up on you and you need your envelopes...like now? Not a problem, we’ve exceeded many tight deadlines, so we may be able to help you. Please email your requirements and we’ll do our best to work with and accommodate your needs.  Rush fees of 35%-70% depending on the time and workload. Traveling Calligrapher's standard turn around time is 10-14 business days for 100 envelopes. A rush order is any order requiring completion in less time than this 2 week window. Rush orders are not actually rushed, but because it requires work hours over or outside the normal business hours, there is typically a 35%-70% up charge for the rush service. We do not offer refunds on rush charges.

ASSEMBLY

We offer wedding stationery assembly either the whole way through or just part way through. There are usually several steps in assembling an invitation suite. The first step costs $1.00 and any additional step will cost $.50, if you order 5 or more steps, the assembly fee would cap at $3. 

Option 1: Stuffing Envelopes (i.e. invitation card, rsvp card, rsvp envelope, details card, map, etc)

Option 2: Wrapping Invitation Suite in a Belly Band

Option 3: Stamping Return Address Stamp on Envelope

Option 4: Gluing Envelope Liner

Option 5: Sealing Envelope

Option 6: Adding Postage Stamps to Envelopes
