About the Workshop

As we grow into mature adults, it's common to lose connection with our dreams, passions and past times we enjoyed. We often put our dreams on a shelf for security, practicality, luxuries and being in the chaos of living.

Self-actualization is becoming aware of your full potential and personal fulfillment, and making the choice to go after your dreams--something Womxn of Color are often told they're not able to do. Being part of a generation that has to privilege to answer the question "what would make me happy?" we often have to go against the grain and pave our own way.

This interactive workshop is designed to help you to get crystal clear on your biggest dreams, and grow awareness around the internal blockers that hold us back to better handle external challenges. You'll cultivate your creativity, imagination and intuition to start moving towards your dreams.

About Nadia:

Nadia De Ala is a certified Leadership & Negotiations Coach. She helps busy, creative Women of Color in Tech level up their relationships, influence and money, so they create the empowered and free lives they really want.

Nadia’s coaching style is collaborative, playful and courageous. She approaches coaching from a culturally conscious lens, connecting with how being at the intersection of unique identities shape our personal and professional leadership. Her passion is to help leaders navigate, grow, thrive and make the money they deserve.

In the grand scheme of things, she believes in the ripple effect of her 1-on-1 and group coaching work. To help WOCs grow their confidence, leadership presence and embrace negotiations’ transformational possibilities, is to help close the leadership and wage gap in tech, one badass WOC leader at a time!

In her past lives, Nadia was an audio engineer, and spent several years in senior sales for thriving enterprise corporations and rapid growth startups like HelloSign and Booking.com. She earned a Co-Active Coach® certification from the Coaches Training Institute.

She adores her cats, traveling the world with her husband, biking around the Bay Area, hosting her WoC meetup “Sisters Who Lead!” and performing her poetry at local open mics.
